Ok, deleted my other two because of how stupid I looked. The first word looks to be five letters long. So we are looking for a letter opening that is five letters long. Since it was found with your grandmother's things, is it safe to assume German? Or English?
It would be in German she really wasnt really good at English. Um... It may not be really any help but I knew it was a letter because she always signed it like that and it always said
